I’m drawn to work that feels human and makes someone pause, laugh, or think.
The stuff that builds loyalty, not just impressions.

Hi, I’m Jessi.

I am a content creator and curator, a media junkie, and a lover of stories. There is power in thought-provoking media. It can make you feel something, and then do something.

These days, I manage copy, content, and brand messaging across all of Aspen One, including Aspen Snowmass, The Little Nell, Limelight Hotels, and Aspen Collection. From awareness at the top of the funnel to conversion at the bottom, I help build campaigns that connect people to place, drive brand, and inspire action.

I started out as an editorial intern at SKI Magazine while studying Journalism at CU Boulder. One byline led to another, and before long, I was working in event marketing for Warren Miller Entertainment and writing stories for Backpacker Magazine, Boulder Lifestyle Magazine, and more. I joined Aspen Skiing Company as their first-ever in-house copywriter and helped build what’s now a centralized creative services team serving all of Aspen One, including The Little Nell hotel, Limelight hotels, Aspen Collection, and Aspen Snowmass.

I’m drawn to weaving a narrative and building messaging architecture. I’ve written cultural commentary, high-end travel pieces, personal essays, cheeky social captions, moving video scripts, and like, a lot of paid media.

What I Love Most?

Turning strategy into story. Whether it’s developing communication plans, building integrated marketing calendars, or leading multi-channel content that actually connects. I can toggle between creative and analytical. You can find me concepting a headline one minute and fine-tuning messaging architecture for an integrated communications strategy the next. I’ve led content for global brand campaigns, hyperlocal initiatives, and everything in between.

This site is a home base for the things I’ve made and the teams I’ve made them with.
